Back Raked Mechanical Screens

Basket Screen

Grid Seperator
They are placed outside of the channel in order to remove the sand from the influent water of the system. The wastewater that enters the system through the inlet line of Grit Classifier flows to the clarifier part of the separator where precipitation process is performed. After the precipitation process, the cleaned water is discharged from the outlet line of the separator. Sand and similar materials deposited at the bottom are discharged from the top point of the separator with auger system. Sand Separators operate at high efficiency for liquid-solid separation due to low auger rotation speed. -
Internally Fed Drum Screen
Internally Fed Drum Screens that can be used in pressurized water inlet structures are placed outside the channel. The screen structure can be produced as perforated plates or wedge- wire according to the operation requirement. In these screens, the particles that is coming with the inlet water are kept in the screen and the remaining wastes after the filtered water is discharged by the helical structure in the screen. -
Manual Coarse Screen
Manufacture proper the suitable for in-channel installation for small scale treatment system. It is used to reduce the solid matter load of the fine screen after coarse screen. Mechanical Arc Screen
Suitable for use in water which has a solid diameter grater 15 mm at narrow and depth less. Concave portion of circularly produced screen is placed in the Water inlet direction at the channel. Solids hold on the screen surface removed from the system with circular motions by the harrow which moving on the screen surface. Dredged wastes are discharged to the waste collection container. Harrow is not intercept the water flow by staying in top position when the system is not cleaning time. -
Perforated Conveyor Screens
Grid efficiency is very high. Perforated pore diameter is usually between 6 to 10 mm. It is for ideal remove of solids which is diameter greater 10 mm. All equipment that may require intervention is easy to reach above the water level. Due to its compact design , space requirements are less. Solid materials kept on the screen surface are transported to the top of the system.After perforated pallets have emptied their waste, washing is done in the opposite direction of movement and thus they are constantly cleaned.At the same time, cleaning efficiency can be increased by integrating a clean water spray system on the surface of perforated pallets according to the operating needs. -
